New local, Stephen Moon is the new force behind Coastal Voice + Data (formerly Coastal Telephone Services), the local communications specialist organisation.

Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience with over 20 years in the communications industry. His last position was Operations Manager for Ericsson where he worked for 12 years. Stephen comments’ “I suppose I'm part of the Sea Change effect. I was looking for the right business opportunity and when I heard Tony was looking to sell it was perfect timing. I have moved to a beautiful part of the country and I bring my expertise in communications to a rural area, it’s a win win situation.”

Over the past 6 months Stephen has met and worked with existing and new customers and has found the business community very welcoming to what he can offer.

For the past 16 years CTS has supplied telephone solutions to the business community in the Northern Rivers area. Their customer base began at Tweed Heads and with the addition of the Northern Rivers Area Health Service; they have grown from Tweed Heads to Casino and down to Iluka. Past accolades include the Ericsson NSW Regional Dealer and Most Outstanding Business performance, and for 5 years they were in the top ten Ericsson dealers Australia wide.

Stephen is keen to continue this impressive performance and with his skills and experience and his team of local experts and their knowledge of the area he’s sure to succeed.
